1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern purchases from Astoria Boutique, 33-08 31st Ave, Astoria, NY 11106.

By placing an order you accept them. Contact support@astoriaboutique.com if anything here is unclear before you order.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. If we cancel after you have paid, you are refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in United States dollars and are payable in full at checkout.

The price charged is the price displayed when you place the order. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before payment.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.00, orders over $70 ship free, and express delivery is $15.00.

Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern are processed the same business day. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 4–8 business days. Full detail is in the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached.

The customer pays return shipping except where the error is ours, and there is no restocking fee. Altered garments are final sale. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.

6. Product descriptions

We describe every garment as accurately as we can.

Colours can render differently between screens, and measurements are given as guidance rather than as guarantees. Where a description contains an obvious error we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order.

7. Alterations

Alterations are performed at your request and on your instructions.

Once a garment has been altered it cannot be returned or exchanged. We will advise you before starting if we believe an alteration is not achievable on a particular garment.
