How long does shipping take?
Orders are handled in 1–2 business days and then travel 4–8 business days, so most arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering.
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern are processed the same business day; anything after that is picked up the next business day. Standard shipping is $8.00, orders over $70 ship free, and express delivery is $15.00.
What is your return window?
30 days from the day your order is delivered.
Items must come back unworn, with tags attached and in their original condition. Altered garments cannot be returned, because the alteration was made for you. Start a return by emailing support@astoriaboutique.com with your order number.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the return is our error.
If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or faulty, we cover the return shipping and either replace it or refund it. There is no restocking fee in any case.
How do I know what size to order?
Measure your chest and compare it to the chart on our Size Guide.
Jacket sizing is driven by the chest measurement in inches; a 40 chest takes a 40 jacket. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger and have the waist taken in — a jacket can be made smaller far more easily than larger.
Can I have a suit altered?
Yes. Everything we sell can be tailored.
Sleeve length, trouser hem and waist suppression are routine. Shoulders are the one thing that cannot be meaningfully changed, which is why the shoulder should be the measurement you buy on. Bring the shoes you plan to wear so the trouser break is set correctly.
Do you carry boys' and formal sets for weddings?
Yes — boys' formal suit sets are stocked alongside the men's range.
They arrive as complete sets so nothing has to be assembled separately. For a wedding party or any group order, email us first so we can check what we can put together and set aside time for fittings.
