Which channel for what
Use the one that matches what you need, and you will get an answer sooner.
- Sizing, fit and alterations — call or visit. Fit questions are answered in minutes with the garment in hand and slowly over email.
- Order status, exchanges and returns — email us with your order number.
- Stock and availability — call the shop. The floor knows what is on the rail right now.
- Weddings and group orders — email first so we can set aside time and check quantities before you come in.
Visiting the shop
We are on 31st Avenue in Astoria, Queens.
Fittings do not need an appointment, but calling ahead means somebody is free when you arrive — useful on weekends and in the run-up to prom and wedding season. If you are collecting an altered garment, bring the shoes you intend to wear it with.
